Store Policy

This policy applies to store items only. It does not apply to membership dues, ticketed events, or ADS merchandise sold on Bonfire.

Ordering and Purchasing

  • Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders. If you want shipping fees billed to a company or school FedEx/UPS account, please provide the account number on your order.
  • W9 Form: Need our W9? Download our W9 here.
  • Print Copy: If you purchase a print copy and would also like the digital version, you must buy the digital version separately at full price.
  • Digital Orders: Digital-only (online PDF) workbooks are non-refundable.
  • Wholesale Rate: Orders of five (5) or more copies of the workbooks are eligible for wholesale pricing. Contact [email protected] for the wholesale rate.

Shipping

  • We can only ship physical items to addresses in the United States and Canada. 
  • For express or overnight shipping, please contact ADS at [email protected] or call +1 (410) 571-0003.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and must be authorized. Please call ADS at +1 (410) 571-0003 before returning any items.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Report damaged or defective items immediately. Claims filed 30 days or more after the invoice date will not be accepted.
  • Returns for special offer packages must include the complete set. Partial returns are not accepted.
  • All returned items will be inspected before any refund is processed. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will be notified by email.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for prepaid, insured return shipping and must send tracking information to [email protected]. The customer is liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.
  • ADS may deny refund requests for items damaged during return shipping.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not offered.

Desk Copies

  • Desk copies are not provided. However, you may preview the first chapter of select books in their product descriptions.
