The Association for Dental Safety (“ADS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its affiliates, including Etherio, its management company (collectively, the “Data Controllers”), are committed to protecting your privacy and the integrity of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you engage with our website, learning management system, products, services, and events. By accessing our services or participating in our events, you agree to the terms described herein.

Introduction

ADS is an organization incorporated in the United States and managed by Etherio, a US-based Association Management Company and event management provider. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by ADS, Etherio, and their affiliates, including data collected through www.MyADS.orgmyads.mclms.net/en (“Infection Prevention & Safety CE Center”), event registration, and any affiliated programs. European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) restrictions and obligations apply only to EU data subjects and for conferences and events held in the EU.
